Our History

The firm is currently located at 1401 N. W. 17th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33125. The firm provides legal services in a wide variety of areas of law, including international private relations, personal injury, criminal law, domestic relations, trusts, estates, commercial and civil litigation. Correspondent law firms are located in Marbella, Spain, Alcala & Rojas; Granada, Spain, Logar & Asociados; and in Guatemala City, Lic. Jorge A. Zamora Batarse.

Mr. Zamora is personally responsible for your case and he will personally handle your case and supervise associate attorneys of the firm that handle cases with Mr. Zamora. The firm is staffed by Mr. Zamora, his legal assistant, in office associates, Edward Rogers, Esq., and Stephanie Rogers, Esq., and of counsel.

Founder
Alejandro A. Zamora, Esq.

The firm was founded in 1985 by Alejandro A. Zamora, Esq., who graduated from the University of Granada, Spain, Faculty of Law, class of 1978-1983, earning his first law degree in 1983. Mr. Zamora thereafter graduated in 1985 from Nova Southeastern University, Center For the Study of Law, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, earning the degree of Juris Doctor.

Mr. Zamora has been in private practice since 1985 in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida, handling a wide range of legal matters, including accidents, international holdings, trade and commerce, a variety of civil litigation cases, from personal injury, automobile accidents, tort claims, criminal defense, corporations, real estate, trusts, estates, family law and bankruptcy. Mr. Zamora is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court For the Southern District of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and a member of the Bar of Granada, Spain.

Alexa Zamora – Associate Practicing Attorney

Alexa Zamora was born and raised in South Florida. Ms. Zamora attended Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in General Business. Ms. Zamora worked as a legal secretary for the firm prior to enrolling in law school, and throughout law school, where she gained valuable experience in many different areas of law. Ms. Zamora attended St. Thomas University College of Law where she graduated Cum Lade while earning her Juris Doctorate degree. Ms. Zamora is a member of the Florida Bar and takes pride in helping her clients solve their most challenging legal problems. Ms. Zamora’s practice areas include Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Closings.

Edward Rogers Esq.

Mr. Rogers graduated from Cumberland Law School in 1990 and has been a practicing attorney since 1991, with over 28 years of experience as a trial lawyer defending criminal, traffic, personal injury and civil cases.

Erika Batarse, Esq.

Erika Batarse is an established Lawyer and Notary based out of El Salvador. Ms. Batarse has 15 years of experience practicing in a wide variety of legal matters which include: Family law, Immigration law, Criminal law, Business transaction law, Real estate law, Civil/Commercial litigation, and more. Ms. Batarse has devoted a majority of her legal career to aiding those in dire need of immigration services in order to be granted residency in the United States, and she is a valuable asset to our firm for our international clientele.

Carlos Alcala, Esq.

Mr. Carlos Alcala is an attorney practicing in Marbella, Spain. Practicing for over 30 years, Mr. Alcala is one of Mr. Zamora’s most experienced associates, as well as a lifelong strength.
